On the 9th of march the hospital had its annual dressup day where the wards pick a theme and go forth and decorate the ward, patients, parents, doctors, nurses, cleaners - pretty much everything that moves. Ward 3b's theme was fairies and scaries. The little children's area was decorated with all fairy stuff and the teen section was decorated with spider webs and skeletons. The whole ward was very excited, with visits from Stitches the bear the hospital mascot and eventually our ward won over every other ward - hurray!!!.
Imogen had heaps of fun with the clown doctors and nurses, we also went home that day for the first time in 2 weeks and 2 days.
We couldn't get out of there fast enough!!
