We enter the two's

Ashton has bought us so much joy, happiness and laughter since 2009. Ashton loves trains, trucks, wagons, climbing, running, jumping on trampolines, laughing and whirling around fast.
He never stops!!.
He is
also beginning to talk a lot more. I know it would have made his sisters heart soar to hear him say her name 'Mimmie' the other day whilst looking at her photo.

Ashton to us will always be Miss
Immie's baby. I will never forget the delight on her face when she met Ashton for the first time. She bursted in the door when Granma and Granpa bought her from the plane from her Kalgoorlie Ball. ' Where is he? Where is he?', he was asleep. She begged us until we let her go in an peer into the crib, in a hushed voice she exclaimed 'he is just soooo cute, Ashton Noah'.

These are the memories I hold close to stop the tears when I think about
all the missed time they never got to spend with each other.
They will be forever connected, little brother and big sister.

Must go I have a date with a set of trains and an very cute two year old,
Love to all xx Me

Run Fast Angel Girl

When you have lost someone you love so much, it's uncanny how the littlest things make you miss them the most.
For me its the primary school sports carnival. Today is our
locals sports carnival, the school where Imogen would have be attending now. I think regardless of whatever day it falls on, it always makes my heart smile and break a little too.
It was on Imogen's last sports carnival day that we found out the speakable that our smiley girl was not going to be all clear and grow to be able to enjoy many more sports carnivals. I remember the smile clearly on Imogen's face when she ran 3rd in her race. That day even though I had been told the worst I never imagined it would actually happen. I relish now in the thought of how naive I was then.

Run Fast Angel Girl....

P.S. Organising a new venture to raise money for Children's Cancer Institute of Australia, something I am able to do, and it definitely does not involve jumping out of planes...hats off to you all that are brave enough to do that!!!! Stay Tuned....
