Last playgroup

On the 13th of December 2007, It was Immie's and all the other kids last playgroup..yeap none of us are coming back in 2008. Most of the kids will begin pre school or kindy on the days that playgroup was on. It was the ending of a beautiful beginning towards Immie first days at school. It always amazes me how fast our kids grow, we hold their hands for such a short time, then gradually they grow and must fly off, to start there own lifes of learning, love and laughter. I am so proud of Immie she is a beautiful, loving little girl, who has achieved more then some of us in her first 3 years. We know in our hearts she will continue to grow and make us even more proud,
Love ya baby

Wiggles ROCK!!!

Dressing up to see the wiggles don't I look the part!!

Hi all

Well this day was definitely a huge build up, we had the tickets from June/July. On the 5th of December the day finally arrived...woohooo!!. We were all very excited including the grown ups ; ). Imogen had been asking for days when the concert was going to be...The day arrived and we decided we would go with Margaret and Alex to catch the train (to avoid the traffic!!). Well...all good plans sometimes come un hitched...we tried to find a parking space from Warwick to Sterling train stations and we couldn't (and we started stressing over the time!!).

In the end we drove to Innaloo, parked at the shopping centre caught the bus to the train station and then the train to Perth, got very lost, in the new station, had lunch, caught the train to Burswood and arrived to find a zillion car parks - argh!!. Enjoyed lunch in the play ground, and then joined the cue, got some wiggley specials - all the essentials- a glowing/ flashing stick, a t -shirt, a glowing cup and a programme. We got to our seats and the wonderful Karen (who organised our tics thanks love) and her tribe and friends were already there.

Immie and Alex were very excited and finally the show began, it was a great show with all the favourite songs, especially rock- a-bye a bear. The wiggles put on a fabulous show and also all there support crew, it was most enjoyed by all of us. Before we knew it, it was all over, we trekked back to the train station - Burswood. Arrived in the city and were still lost, got told off for not having tickets (as they told us not to get any at Burswood - too many littlies on the station platform). Finally found the station, caught it to Sterling, then on the bus and then driving home. Imogen finally crashed on the drive home. We arrived home exhausted but very happy!! at 4 pm.

We love the wiggles!!

Love Immie and Fiona xx

Carols at the school

For the last two years Kody's primary school has held a carols by glowstick night this year it was held on 3rd of December. As you can see Immie had a great time with her pal Alex, they adore each other. Immie will ask to talk to Alex's mum Margaret on the phone and the first question out of her mouth is always " Where's Alex?" . They always have a good time together. The carols this year were packed which was amusing as last year it was really quiet. Granma and Granpa also got to come with us.
It was a great evening.
Love Us

The Merry Christmas

We set our Christmas tree up this year on the 2nd of December. We love setting the tree up with christmas music and lots of off key music singing from mum (I am sure they all love it!!). Immie was funny this year, as she now a year old and getting into the swing of Christmas (even though she still helped me wrap most of her presents from us lol).
We told her we were putting up the chistmas tree, she said "No, it's called a Merry Christmas!". Now who's too agrue with that.....
