Hi all

This week we moved rooms yet again and the time was starting to drag on when these two photos were taken we had been in hospital for just over 2 weeks. In that time Immie had a cat scan, a biopsy, her broviac installed, been to ICU twice, a bone scan, a cardiac test, a hearing test, a MIBG test, her first lot of chemo, quite a few drips installed and a heap of dressings changed.
Imogen though was in high spirits and smiled and did heaps of drawing, and was starting to get use to people prod and help look after her.

Hi all
Kody and Granny went to Cottesloe Beach to see the sculptures by the beach.
Kody wasn't sure to start with but after getting there Mum said he never
stopped running from one to the other pieces of art work. Kody and Mum
show a similar love for art work and any thing crafty.

Bath Time in the Huge hospital Bath

Hi all
This was our second week in hospital, we had already had the Cat scan on the Friday before and the biospy and broviac line put in on the Wednesday. We stayed over night in ICU because of Immie Blood pressure and also had the bone scan to see if the horrid cancer had spread (all clear ..thank god!!). Even through all of this Immie was pretty happy, we spent alot of time drawing and playing playdough. Oh yeah and alot of time being prodded and staying in bed (check out the bed hair). This week Fiona was also meant to start back at Uni (I have deferred for the first semester) and it was our 4th wedding anniversary on the 1st of March (we had a special cafeteria meal....mmmmm...yummy). Immie also started her first lot of Chemo on the Thursday. Immie was pretty good with the first lot of chemo, only chucked up a few times, it is incredibly scary to see those chemo drugs (poison) for the first time being pumped into your baby. Even though you know it is the only way to help her.

Cheeze Grins from our darling

Hi all
Some more pictures from our first week in the big hospital with Immie she was so much happier when her blood pressure was under control, though it was one of the worse weeks of our lifes as parents, as we discovered what we were in for in the next 18months.
The week was full of lots of balloons, tears and many a cheesy grin,
