Kody getting his award for 06/07 cricket season.

Hi all,

Kody's assembley for Year 3 was on the 27th of March 2007,
it was all about Antarctica, as that was what they were studying first term.
I think you could have asked any of those kids anything about Antarctica
and they could have told you everything. Anyway it was very cute, they danced,
and sung and my tall boy stood at the back.
On the 16th of March, Kody had his cricket trophy night, lots of fun and a
sausage sizzle, another trophy to add to the collection. Kody had improved
alot this year in cricket, so it was good and interesting to watch.

The lucky ladybird

Another necklace...but here comes the lady bird necklace

Daddy getting the ladybird Necklace ready

My very own ladybird necklace

Daddy and Immie

Hi all
Jason gave Imogen this very little gold ladybird necklace, as we love Ladybirds
(remember the bed). Jason gave it too her for being a brave girl and also
for luck Imogen now holds it everytime she goes to sleep and proudly
tells everyone who gave it to her "My Daddy".

Lots of Love and Kisses

Imogen's hair...: (

When it finally became the
time to chop Immies hair.
15th of March

Me looking so sad...

Immie minus piggy tails

Hi all
I never thought this would make me soo sad,
as I always joked about
how Imogen's hair was soo crappy. She would wake up most mornings with a
birds nest in the back of her hair and many tears would be shed, while we brushed it out.
We had to chop immies hair in the end as we could not compete with the amount
of hair she was losing and it was matting up madly at the back.
Though when it actually came to chopping Immies hair off, that was sad, I think
as soon as we chopped those ponytails off, her hair just started falling out in lots.
Every morning her pillow was caked with hair, she was quite lucky actually
as she still looks so cute even with no hair now,

Lots of Love

Our Girls 3rd BIRTHDAY!!

I have decided to have a break in my long and drawn out process of
blogging every week since Immie got diagnosed and announce!!!
Imogen's 3rd Birthday

Our baby turned 3 today the
26th of April 2007 - hurray!!!

With her Dora the Explorer cake!!!

The cake after it had been attacked...

Hi all

Wow..what a day, our baby turned 3 today, which seems such a huge milestone
especially after the last coupla months.
We are so proud of our beautiful, amazing, strong, inspiring
BIG lil girl.
Immie was a little grumpy in the morning, but made up for it after a brekie dash to HJ's
(the birthday girls request!!) and a four hour sleep the afternoon.
The afternoon Imogen put on a show that
would bring a tear of joy to any parents eye,
we saw the beautiful girl we have and had before chemo
started two months ago.
She danced, chased balloons, laughed, chatted and shone like a Happy carefree lil girl.
Heres to another 70 plus years of birthdays, wishes, photos and memories,

Thank you Imogen for being the strongest lil girl we know,

Love you xx Mum, Dad and Kody

Lots of Love
